All fees are only refundable if vendor cancels one week ahead of the event, per the vendor agreement. Cliché will refund the fee within 30 days, less a 6% stripe fee per charge. The vendor agreement MUST be filled out in addition to fee payment. You can find the agreement here.

Your deposit is refundable when the percentage of sales option is selected. The difference is refunded in the event your percentage of sales is below $25, less the stripe fees.
